Plex media server not showing up in available servers

I have two MyCloud PR4100’s that were set up to both be available media servers. Randomly one of them dropped my account and now I can’t, for the life of me, figure out how to add it back. I thought you just needed to log into the app from the http://:32400. This doesn’t work. I have updated the NAS and plex and have uninstalled Plex completely and reinstalled. This is maddening as most of my content is on this media server.
