Over the last few days i’ve been experiencing an issue with movies in which I select a new Poster or BG art, check “Save Changes” and nothing happens. Plex will not update it.
Occasionally, if I refresh metadata it will show the appropriate selected artwork.
However it’s 50/50 success rate with this technique.
This only seems to be an issue about 20% of the time, as most movies still function while changing artwork.
I’ve tried emptying trash, cleaning bundles, optimizing database etc…
But this problem has become more and more frequent.
Not sure if it’s a bug or a corrupt database. (My library is getting large 5200+)
Any advice welcome.
