Plex server not loading posters and banners properly

So last month I made the move to unraid on my server, so I migrated my plex server into a docker container. Everything was fine for a few days then anything I added to any of the libraries, wouldn’t load any posters. The shows/movies still match and load in everything else (synopsis, episode titles, etc). So currently whenever I add anything I have to manually select the artwork. Tried the ‘Plex Dance®’ to no avail. Added logs to post

Small update, still having the issue even after switching which version of the plex docker i’m using. (changed it due to another issue)
So it’s an issue on the official plex docker and the linuxserver versions.
Any help would be appriciated.
