Getting Metadata But artwork is not applied automatically to any new added item in Plex

Server Version#: 4.12.3

Me and my friend are running PlexServer (in Docker) on Unraid Version#: 6.8.1
it’s been the best platform we have run PlexServer on. very stable and fast.
But for some reason we can’t figure out, the PlexServer downloads all metadata but will no longer automatically apply artwork (pictures) on movies, new series or music albums.

see this example:

Plex arwork downloadet but not addet to movie grid 2
Plex arwork downloadet but not addet to movie grid 2726×529 272 KB
Plex no artwork 1

we can’t find the error to fix this problem. so we manually apply the artwork on every single new item.

anybody have a solution for this???

There’s been a similar thread on issues with an Unraid setup some time ago…

Users were able to get it back to work by clearing some stuck files/folders.
See post #13 in this thread.

I have no such setup to verify this myself.
