Plex Media Server not visible on Synology

My Plex Media Server on Synology is no longer visible on my Plex account (I have a Plex Pass). I only see a download plex media server option. My server is not visible under authorised devices as well.

I saw similar topics and tried various things to resolve it.

The Plex Media Server shared folder has all the requisite permissions.

I am attaching two sets of logs for your consideration and possible solution.

Logs,zip is the log file from Plex Media Server.
Logs_2.zip is the log file from Plex folder (however, it does not seem to have been updated since 2021).

If the server is not visible in Authorized Devices, then it is probably in an unclaimed state.

Using a private/incognito browser window, go to http://192.168.86.37:32400/web. You should be able to login and claim the server.

If that does not work, then uninstall Plex Media Server using the default “Uninstall Only” option. Then re-install Plex Media Server using the Claim option.

You should then be able to access your server.

FYI, on DSM 7, Plex Media Server no longer uses the Plex shared folder or the Plex username. If desired, you can delete them or re-use them for other purposes.
