Plex Media Server Not working. Even after Fresh install

Today I tried adding new media to my server. It never auto matched. So I tried to manually match it and change agents. Still didn’t work. I tried a repair, that never worked. I’ve gone as far as uninstalling Plex, deleting the registry and deleting the folder in the AppData folder. I even downgraded to a lesser version of Plex Media Server for Windows.

After reinstalling, It’s stuck on Server Setup. It gives me this message.

A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.

Plex Media Server is working fine on my other PC that’s connected to the same network, same switch under the same firewall rules in pfSense. Nothing has changed.

Windows Server 2016 (Currently up to date with updates) Even ran “sfc /scannow” command, which does find corrupted files, but it’s fine as they are read only files.

Server Version#:1.16.5.1488

Basic uninstall from control panel or via one of those device wrecking uninstaller programs?

Basic uninstall via control panel > Delete Plex from registry > Delete plex folder from AppData.

Then > Fresh install > Stuck in Server Setup > A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.

Here’s a more recent log file that I took from the AppData folder after a clean install of Plex Media. Any idea? Been fine the last couple of days. All of this just dropped all of a sudden. Couldn’t re-scan my entire library etc. Nothing worked. I barely play around with it unless I pull it down for maintenance… Windows Updates are automatic etc.

This is a virtual machine (Server 2016) on ESXI 6.0 U3 if that’s any help.

Anyone? Have I not provided enough information? After many attempts today. I still can’t get Plex Media Server to run. It’s stuck on Server Setup and tells me a core component has a problem.
