Plex Media Server not working even though I have set up port forwarding, UPnP, and no additional routers

I have set up the media server without issues. I have enabled port forwarding, there are no firewall restrictions, UPnP is working, I have an upload speed of 15 mbps, my IP address is static and I don’t have any additional routers. No double NAT problem.

I am using 21110 as my WAN Port and have set up and enabled Port Forwarding (Virtual Server)

I start up the server and it connects normally. But when I try to remote connect to the server, the server automatically says: “Not available outside your network”. At times it automatically disconnects. Then I can only stream at 328p.

I have no idea why this is happening. Any network experts here willing to help me out? Thanks!

Disable UPnP in your router if you use port forwarding.

Leave everything at 32400 to begin with. You can change it after remote access is working.

What is the make/model of your router?

Please show a screenshot of the port forwarding rule in your router.

Also, what version of Plex Media Server?

Okay, I disabled UPnP and still not working. Changed everything to 32400.
My router is D-Link N300 DIR 615.
Plex Media Server Version: 1.19.5.3112-b23ab3896
