Remote Access stopped working

I have had UPnP enabled and then all of a sudden it stopped working. I am not sure if it was due to the last update or what. I have even tried to configure port forwarding but it still states “Not available outside your network”

Just to confirm, in Plex server web, under Settings → Remote Access, did you also check “Manually specify public port” and set it to 32400 to match the router settings you posted?

Yes I did. haha

I figured, but have also seen long chains of troubleshooting where the basics were not checked first.

If you go to https://canyouseeme.org/, put in your public IP and port 32400, then do you get a success?

There was an issue with my router not communicating with the TP-Link Omada Controller. I should have checked that first. haha. Thank you for helping though.
