Hi,
I am running Plex Server on linux,
Server: 1.23.5.4841-549599676
Client: 2.005 (Samsung TV - UA55F6400)
I get an error on the Samsung TV saying that the content no longer exists or that a connection cannot be made. It runs in a browser from another PC with no trouble.
I found a deb file for a previous version and installed, and everything goes back to working,
1.23.3.4707-ebb5fe9f3
The latest upgrade has broken this for me.
The problem appears to be this,
Jul 21, 2021 19:58:50.110 [0x7fdc6cd79b38] DEBUG - Could not convert “window” (“”) to the correct type
And the next line after refers to an HTTP 400 error.
Jul 21, 2021 19:58:50.112 [0x7fdc6d65ab38] DEBUG - Completed: [192.168.1.23:38313] 400 GET /playQueues/104?window= (7 live) GZIP 1ms 384 bytes (pipelined: 3)
Thanks to this post here,
I have realised that I thought I was running the newest client version, but forcing it to update fixes the issue. I went from client 2.005 to 2.013.
Is this something we should be concerned about in the future, that one day this is going to stop working?
