Hello,
I have multiple users from my extended family spread out across the country (Australia) that have access to my server, however I have encountered an issue where one of the users has recently lost access to the Plex Server is now getting “Server is offline” errors.
This one user is getting this error on ALL devices (Android Phone, Android Tablet, TV, PS5) while trying to connect via their WiFi connection. When they disable their WiFi and switch to mobile data, they are able to connect.
I don’t think it’s a port forwarding issue on my side as all the other users have no problems accessing the server either on WiFi or Mobile Data.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
