Plex Media Server on Nvidia Shield Pro, can't find connected USB drive with media on it after power

Server Version#:1.40.2.8395 (smb)
Player Version#:10.14.0.541

We had a power outage at our house and since then I’ve not been able to access my 5TB USB drive I had connected (as removable storage) that I had been using prior to the power outage. NB. I have now connected both the Nvidia Shield Pro and the desktop 5TB drive to a UPS to stop this hopefully ever happening again.

When I try to connect the server I am getting the following message: “A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server” and it directs me here to the forums.

I’m able to see the 5TB drive on my mac as a network connected device but when I go to Plex on the Mac the drive is not at all visable and the Shield has a yellow triangle and the message: Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely.

I cannot see the 5TB drive on the Sheild in Plex. I have selected it in the settings of the Plex App.

Are you able to reset my server certificate to see if this works please?

I really don’t know what else to do, I’ve only owned the Shield for a few months and it was working absolutely perfectly up until the power outage.

I’ve been trying to figure this out for the best part of a week with no luck, lots of info for Windows users, not so much for my OS. I’m running Monterey 12.5.1.

Any suggestions appreciated.
