I’m currently running 2 plex servers. One is on a Windows 10 laptop (version 1.18.5.2309) and the second one runs in Nvidia shield. I have an external usb 2TB drive connected to the windows laptop. The issue I’m experiencing is when I add new movies which are usually in mpeg4 format and do a scan it only gets detected by the Windows plex server. When I setup the Plex media server on the nvidia shield it detected my windows plex server. I was able to have it scan and it detected the movies I had and listed on the nvidia server. But now any recent movies I have added are not showing on the nvidia plex server. So I don’t have a large library at the moment but the windows server is showing 91movies and nvidia shield plex server is showing oinly 85. If i choose scan it never finds or update it on the nvidia side. Can someone please assist and let me know what I need to check. I’m still new and learning plex.
