"Scan my library periodically" not work

I do have a lot of problems with Plex to recognize new content on my SMB drive.
I’m running Plex server on Nvidia Shield, and my content is on a Synology NAS, which my Plex server access via SMB.

Everything works perfekt, but for some reason i can’t figure out, Plex don’t scan the library every 15 minutes as it should:

I have also tried with mark in the two above, without any luck. I have to go to my library and select “Scan Library Files”, and after a short scan the files are detected and put in my library.

What do i do wrong?

since a few days the plex media server no longer searches automatically for new content. i have to rescan the individual media libraries via the plex web app. Is this a known bug, has there been an update or do I simply have to change something?
