Plex Media Server on Qnap TS-253A without audio

I installed Plex Media Server on my Qnap-Nas connected to my TV via HDMI, in the APP I installed Flex Home Theater 1.4.1.470.
The problem is that I do not get any video to be seen on TV, in all it indicates unknown audio, be it mp4, ACC3, etc.
I always get this error:

An error occurred attempting to play “XXXXX”.
shaka4011 (Manifest)

Can anyone advise me about this error and why is the audio never transmitted?

If I put the DNLA server on the NAS if they play the videos without problem, but from Plex none.

Instead of PHT you should install one of the two packages mentioned here -> https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/242836/plex-home-theater-and-pmp
