Plex Media Server on Synology Nas not allowing access to Library

  1. Ignore the update message for now

  2. it sounds like your server got signed out (permission denied is common message)

  3. Stop Plex

  4. Using FileStation
    – Navigate to PlexMediaServer / AppData / Plex Media Server
    – Right-click ‘Logs’ → ‘Compress to Logs.zip’
    – Download that ZIP file

  5. Upload / attach that zip file with your next reply.

  6. I’ll look and see what’s going on.
