Unable to connect Synology NAS that is logged in from Synology page. Server is shown in settings page. Scan detects nothing.

PMS is “Plex Media Server”

It appears you have “PMS” version 1.28.0-5999 :wink:

DSM 7 made many changes from DSM 6.

You must now grant permission for “PlexMediaServer” and, initially, must “Apply to this folder, sub-folders, and files”.
