I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Running on Linux mint
UFW allow 32400/tcp
Port forwarding enabled 32400/tcp
Manually set port 32400 in pms
It simply refuses to stay connected for remote access for more than a couple minutes. I about to cancel my subscription and switch to jellyfin.
What does https://canyouseeme.org/ say for your port?
If it says success, go to the Cache directory in your plex media server folder. Is there a file named certificate.p12 or cert-v2.p12? If it’s just certificate.p12, stop plex, rename it certificate.p12.old and start plex back up. It should download the new version.
