My Plex has just started adding new episodes of some files outside of the already created season section of some tv shows. Usually when i add a new episode to an ongoing season it will mark it in the corner to show some media as unwatched, but now its showing some episodes outside and even when ive watched them they stay present.

As you can see, for example The punsisher is showing just one thumbnail with 12 unwatched episodes but for true detective and the grand tour some of the episodes even though they have been watched persist in the list.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated and i have also tried removing the media and adding it again but to no avail.
