Plex media Server unavailable

Firstly many apologies if I’ve listed this in the wrong area.

Running a qnap Server fully up to date, along with latest Plex update. I can access films / all media via my t.v, iPhones, iPads etc from on the local network and from outside as well via the app.

Here is my problem…

On my local network via iPad, iPhone or laptop I go to World Wide Web Plex.tv I get the following error.

The Server name of server unavailable . Plex will automatically try to connect.

I cannot for the life of me rectify my problem.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Update.

On the remote access page (not available outside your network)

The private address is incorrect and I don’t know where to change it to the correct address. I’ve restarted router and server to no avail. My Nas ends in .66 but, plex private ends in .15 which is my tv.

Please can someone advise.
