Remote Access Stopped working on QNAP NAS

Hi All. Remote access to my server stopped working recently on my QNAP NAS Server. While digging around I notice that the Plex Server was trying to use the Public IP of X.X.193.132. The ACTUAL public IP listed in the NAS network settings is X.X.193.130. I have no idea why Plex seems to think it is that other IP. I have disabled remote access and reenabled it. I also have completely reboot the NAS Server. I’m not sure what else could be going on here. Any troubleshooting ideas would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I cannot access plex remotely. Everything was working fine before and can’t figure out what changed. I am hoping we get help soon.
