I dont know how to provide server logs
Settings - Server (upper right) - TroubleShooting (lower left panel) - Download Logs (middle window)

PLEASE turn verbose logging OFF and keep it off unless requested.
Verbose logging is for packet inspection with devices.
DEBUG logging on, VEROSE logging off.
Restart PMS.
Your logs are filled with Curl 56 errors.
Are you running a proxy?
The cURl error 56 can have different reasons like: Passing data to be uploaded in URL itself instead of POST request. Probably Proxy blocking the request to the server. In some cases, the server does not support particular request, like some servers support PUT/POST any one of them
It is preventing the certificate from being used properly.
Pretty action, the Proxy app caused the issue and the issue has gone now. I live in China mainland so I have to use a Proxy network to surface the worldwide services like Google Twitter and so on, Thanks very much for your help
