Plex media Server via Nvidia SHIELD not reading a folder

I have three external hard drivers shared over my home network and my last hard drive plex isn’t reading the folder I have named “media” with all of the media files in it. I have two SHIELD pro’s and none of them are reading that folder. But it can read the other folder on that hard drive with no issue.

However PMS on my PC reads the media folder just fine. Ever since the last update with the SHIELD I’ve had nothing but problems with plex. Anyone have any idea to fix this?

edit: I’ve even factory reset both SHIELD’s and have been working on this issue since 8AM EST :-/
