Plex Media Server will not open

Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200-c6bbc1b53
Player Version#: Do Not Know.
I loaded Plex Media Server last week and was able to see my Media last week. I have been unable to open the Plex Media Server app nor do I see my Media anymore. I am new to Plex and would appreciate any advice/assistance. I do not have logs, that I know of.

Open the Start menu of Windows and type in “plex”
Is Plex Media Server found and shown? If so, then start it.
Don’t expect anything to pop up after you do this.
It’s a server that is supposed to be active in the background.
Take a look at the lower-right corner of your screen. Do you see a Plex logo? If not, does it appear after a click on the ^ ?
If it does, click on it.

Mr. Kerner,

I see my Media Library under Plex. Am I supposed to download my media content to Plex Media Server? When I attempt to do so, I am asked to download Plex Media Server, yet it is running when I check the system on the lower ribbon. My media server appears on my TV with the Yellow triangle and there is no content from my library. Once again, I appreciate any insight.
