Made an Account, Launch Plex in browser, Clicked on “Get plex media server” From “Your Media” Tab, Download the install Plex media server. There is no Server setup, Although I do see plex running in task manager.

Troubleshooting already attempted:
Reinstalled, Different Browsers( Explore, Mozilla, Chrome), Different Accounts with different emails, and Cycled Power in every attempt
