Hoping someone can help
I have been using plex as a home Audio server streaming from my win 10 pc
to my PS4, all has been fine up till now.
I had been using a wired connection and had to change to wireless for reasons.
However when unpluged from wired connection and hooked up to wireless network my PS4 cant find Server,
I assume its a setting I need to change but been looking and cant find what I’mlooking for
hopefully someone can help out…

More likely a weak WIFI signal. With the PS4 re-scan for the best WIFI (2.4, 5.0 hz, guest) that your router or modem has and check again. You may need to relocate your router/modem or get a relay booster.
Did you restart PMS after this? On start-up PMS detects your network connection. If you change it while it’s running, it may not detect the change.
You should then restart the PS4 app afterwards as well.
