PS4 doesn't find my plex server

Hello,

I use plex (server on my Macbook) with my iPad and a chrome cast too.
I just bought a PS4 and i downloaded plex for ps4.
I had to buy a plexpass (Grrr) for the ps4 so i took a year plex pass
My ps4 doesn’t find my flex server, after several reboot (of the ps4 and the macbook), still nothing…
Of course my ps4 and macbook are on the same wifi network. and there is a connection internet. Both version are the latest.

please help me ! i didn’t find anything on internet…

After a mail to the support, they didn’t answer. They told me to go to the forum, thing that i already did.
Then i ask for a refund of my plexpass. They did it.
I feel very sorry for this so poor customer service.
