Literally just doesnt start. rebooted and reinstalled 3-4 times with same problem.
Any other software which has port 32400 in use? (e.g. Torrent software)
Was there a previous Plex server installation on the machine, and the Plex data folder has been redirected to a different location, which is now no longer in existence?
How do you see that “it doesn’t start”? Starting Plex server doesn’t necessarily open a web browser to show you your media collection.
Have you looked for the Plex icon in the task tray?
