My browser can not locate the server, I use Fiefox and it didnt work but worked on Edge, it will nit work

There is no server associated with this Plex account.
Therefore the server on your machine is either not running or is using a different plex account.
If you still can see the tray icon of Plex server (and it doesn’t vanish when you move your mouse pointer over it), then I assume the server is using a different Plex account.
You can rectifiy this with this procedure:
