Plex Media Titles Missing

I’m having some issues with my library, where I’ll input the title and descriptions into an episode of a series. Click the lock button on it, then when I put in a new episode into the folder and Scan the Library in order for Plex to add the new episode, the titles of the previous episodes suddenly get wiped out, only showing Episode 1, Episode 2, etc.

Why does this happen when I’ve locked the Title and Sort Title for those episodes?

Are these shows that weren’t matched. If so you need to do a manual match and change the agent to personal media. This way it won’t try to match again, which is what’s wiping out your changes.
