Hey All,
I am currently experiencing a new problem.
I have Plex installed on a Synology RS818RP+ (brand new with new hard drives)Plex Media Server Logs_2019-01-08_02-04-36.zip (5.4 MB)
and now and again, the whole Plex libraries will appear as the media is unavailable (Red label where the name of the film is).
I have checked all the following recommended by Plex support, but still nothing:
- The file has been renamed
- The file has moved
- The drive on which the file is stored is not mounted (e.g. a USB drive is not plugged in)
- The drive on which the file is stored is mounted with a different name. This can happen unintentionally sometimes if the drive is improperly removed and then plugged back in, which can cause it to mount with a new name.
- The computer account under which Plex Media Server is running does not have the correct filesystem permissions to access the content location or the content files.
There was someone that wrote that he had the same problem, but he managed to solve it by changing the Transcoding Temp Folder location. Still nothing.
Plex has been updated too.
