I have a newly installed plex server on an ubuntu server. So far everything is correct.
When I put my files in the corresponding libraries folder (Movies Series). It only shows the Movies library, the Series library remains empty with no content. Despite having content within that folder.
How can I solve this problem?

The structure is correct. Yet plex is not looking for content in that library.
your movies and series are in seperate folders, each configured with the correct scanner and agent for that library type?
Do a scan and post your logs, and let us know a series name that isnt being scanned.
Yes of course. Still plex refuses to search for content in that library.

Nothing is being scanned the library is empty it is a plex bug in ubuntu if it is installed on a synology nas everything worked correctly

Also check you have given the user you are running the PMS server as the correct access permissions to the files.
The plex user did not have read-write permissions on the Series folder. For that reason plex could not have access to it. quite a strange thing since it let me add it in the initial configurator.
