Plex Membership in the UK

I get the occasional email suggesting I get a Plex Pass.

I am in the UK and so wanted to know what I would get if I got the Plex Pass bearing in mind the cost seems to be in dollars.

Is there a link that lists what benefits a plex pass gets you if you are in the UK

Exactly the same as if you were anywhere else in the world - why would you think otherwise ?

The main benefits are listed here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/categories/intro-to-plex/plex-pass-subscriptions/
The actual price in GBP is shown on the checkout page when buying the Plex Pass. So you will see exactly what you will be paying and you can still abort the subscription process if you deem it too high.

On the free, ad-supported live tv channels and the on-demand video library, Plex Pass does not allow you to access additional media items, and it does not remove the advertising.

There’s also currently 20% off Lifetime using the discount code FOREVERPRO until 7am Saturday UK time as part of Pro Week.

Because it offers live TV channels, and live TV channels in the rest of the world are likely to be different to Live TV Channels in the UK.

As explained above, Plex Pass has zero influence over the availability of streaming content. This is all free and ad-supported.
The geo restrictions on that content don’t change, whether you have Plex Pass or not.

i.e. you can already see all what’s available to you in the UK even now, without Plex Pass.

Not really. It allows access to the “Live TV & DVR” feature, which doesn’t provide any media content on its own. All it does is to allow you to use a digital tuner device to bring over-the-air live TV that is available in your own area into Plex.
(That tuner device is not supplied by Plex. You must obtain it yourself and integrate it into your server/home network.)

It allows you to access national/regional TV via a digital tuner (in our case, whatever you can have on Freeview etc).

Here’s what I can access on my digital tuner (Oxfordshire, UK). Note the red ‘x’ simply means I have them switched off.

Edit: In taking the snapshot, I noticed a bunch of new channels, so here is the updated list:
