This rating was added to TMDB on May 11th as per Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) - Changes — The Movie Database (TMDB) so it must be stuck in the plex cache somewhere. Other movies are fine, appears to be and isolated issue to this movie.

Initially when I raised this I thought it was only an issue with the IE country rating but upon a more detailed check I can see that the movie has not updated at all in the past few weeks …

If you check the cast list from TMDB → Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) - Cast & Crew — The Movie Database (TMDB) you will see lots of additions compared to what plex has for the movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022) - Watch Full Movie Online - Plex. Look at Bruce Campbell as one example, no character name in plex but is on TMDB. Also, IMDB rating is missing.

I suspect this cache in plex is stale and needs a good kicking to restart it …

I dislike pinging folks however as no one has picked up on this it might be getting lost in the mire that is this forum.

@drzoidberg33 would you mind routing this to the correct part of the plex team. It looks like this movie Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is stuck with no updates flowing into plex from the online sources since approx mid May.

Same here, but on bulgarian language: Plex movie agent does not get information from "the movie database' and imdb

If I was to guess I’d say something is happening in the backend which the plex team are working on, maybe some massive update which is taking time and they cannot fix this issue until its finished.

Hence the complete radio silence …

@anon5074910 we’ve identified a bug that was preventing a small set of movies from updating, the fix is rolled out and the data will show up within the next day
