Plex miscounting number of tuners in use

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5246 Ubuntu Server
Player Version#: Web 4.70.0

Plex is counting a TV recording and watching the same channel as 2 tuners in use when it actually only uses 1. Example is when I have a show being recorded and I’m watching the same channel at the same time the HD Homerun Prime will only use 1 tuner but plex says 2 are in use.
