Plex mobile streaming audio overlaying tracks

Issue: When playing a track streaming over iPhone 14 (iOS version: 16.6) plex plays fine as long as you dont decide to skip a track. What it does is plays the original track softly behind the new one, so that you can hear 2 songs playing.

If you skip again it adds the second song to the underlying tracks playing and you now have 3 songs playing. If you go back a couple of songs this totally throws it and it picks any random song and adds it to the tracks that are currently playing so that you have a mess of overlayed songs when only 1 should be streaming.

This happens when played directly on the iPhone or via Bluetooth to the car. It is extremely annoying as it doesnt allow you to skip any tracks.

I keep everything up to date as much as possible but its been happening for a while now.

hi @ADFovargue Initially we could not reproduce this, but after testing various playback options we noticed that having Sweet Fades enabled will cause this behaviour in some cases. Can you try disabling that option and see if your issue goes away?

Thanks for the response but sweet fades is already turned off (I didnt know it was an option so had never used).
