Plex Movie agent isn’t finding this film:
Luxo Jr. (1986)
I tried multiple searches eg, with and without the year or as ‘Jr’ and ‘Jr.’
Is it mismatched as something else?
I’ve added a test file to my server using Luxo Jr. (1986) and Plex matched it right away.
Does Plex match other movies or do you maybe have a more general issue w/ Plex failing to connect to its backend?
When you do a Fix Match, try and enter tt0091455 in the title field
(IMDB ID)

fwiw i had this exact same issue and had to use the IMDB ID trick to get it to match.
