What is the endpoint used by Plex movie agent and series agent?

Recently, my Plex server stops to match movies and series, even manual match is not working.
I changed agents to the movie database, it is woking now.
I doubt the endpoint of Plex movie agent and series agent is blocked by firewall, can anyone share the domain name of the endpoint, so that I can test.

I see, it’s a known issue.

What is the meaning of this? It is not really clear from the description there:

  • (View History) No longer create a view history entry for items marked as played (#10888)

Does it mean when MANUALLY marked as played?
