For a few days, Plex server has only grabbed pretty basic information for added content. It grabs the title, year, synopsis and that’s pretty much all

Anyone has any idea where the problem might be?
Are you using the new Plex Agent for your content?
Yes.
Scanner: Plex Movie / Plex TV Series
Agent: Plex Movie / Plex TV Series
Apparently your server is having connectivity problems, check your cables and DNS
Everything else works perfectly fine… There is no network or DNS problem for anything else. So either the problem is not on my end, or it’s something else entirely.
Is there a way to have a more detailed error message ?
The only thing I can find regarding an error 92 in cURL, is cURL using HTTP/2 when the server is expecting HTTP/1.1, or malformed HTTP headers…
But there is no settings I can use to change that… any Plex dev around ?

Hey, thanks for the API!
I'm getting an error using the hitting any endpoint wi… th curl and catching it reveals it to be error 92:
`"HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)"`
My implementation:
```
<?php
$user = get_user($id);
$agile_data = array(
'tags' => array('Web User'),
'properties' => array(
array(// First Name
'name' => 'first_name',
'value' => $user['first_name'],
'type' => 'SYSTEM'
),
array(// Last Name
'name' => 'last_name',
'value' => $user['last_name'],
'type' => 'SYSTEM'
),
array(// Email
'name' => 'email',
'value' => $user['email'],
'type' => 'SYSTEM'
),
// ETC...
)
);
$agile_json = json_encode($agile_data);
curl_wrap('contacts', $agile_json, 'POST', 'application/json');
```

I'm able to log in and hit the endpoint just fine from a browser using the same creds. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks again!
Verbose is the most detailed logs you can get. I’ll take a look at it once I get home

I’ve recently switched to the new Plex Movie agent and having the same problem - only basic information is fetched, no actor listings.
Switching back to the old scanner/legacy agent fixes this problem for me.
I see you have debug and verbose enabled. Can you please Disable verbose, refresh metadata of a movie, than share the logs here? the whole .zip, please.
Also take a look at this:
Hello,
I’ve disabled verbose, please find the logs attached.
Plex Media Server Logs_2021-06-18_11-10-37.zip (3.0 MB)
Regarding the upgrade of the library to the new agents, I followed the instructions when I did upgrade the agent.
So, every time you try to refresh the metadata of your files you get the same error:

Can you try to unmatch those files and match them again?
Are you able to connect to Plex server with the command below?
telnet metadata.provider.plex.tv 443
Unmatching/rematching won’t change a thing, since it’s the same for everything I’m adding lately.
I can telnet perfectly into the Plex metadata server:
One reason I can see for all of this is, as stated in the first post, I’m running Asustor ADM 4.0 (Beta).
They must have updated cURL in the process (even-though it’s still pretty outdated, 7.66.0 released on 2019-09-11), and that newer version of cURL might be more strict than the previous one, and fail at something that previously worked ?
But as far as I can remember, Plex stopped properly fetching metadata BEFORE I installed the ADM 4.0beta…
CostaHT:
X-Plex-Api-Token
Where can I find my “X-Plex-Api-Token” ? It does not seem to be the same thing as “X-Plex-Token”
Haha I also tried that before answering you, but I believe this API is hard coded
Too bad.
I did manually query the URLs, using cURL, and got HTTP 401 errors. But except for this expected authorization error, everything went fine…
It would be nice if someone from Plex cared to take a look at this problem…
