Plex Movie scanner not finding local artwork

I noticed the other day new movies added were not showing posters. I use the Plex Movie scanner and agent with Use local assets and Prefer local metadata enabled. All of my movies have embedded metadata and artwork. This have always worked until recently. I tried deleting the library and it never finds my local artwork.
