So I’ve recently moved from one Synology NAS to a newer one, I did a fresh install on the new NAS and set the correct permissions but a slight oddity has occurred in the fact that when using the modern scanner/agent (Plex Movie) it isn’t able to fill out my movies details. I went to the older Scanner/Agent combination and right away it started adding the movies data and I can’t quite figure out why?

Switch to the new agent, do a metadata refresh, and post the logs

This seems to of resolved itself after setting back to the newer scanner having been on the legacy scanner, go figure.
