I just signed up for PLEX Movie & TV streaming. I got it to show up on both online accounts but on the PLEX app it only shows up on one of the accounts.

Is it a managed user account? The new feature is set to ‘Disabled for Managed Users’ by default. [image]

So I can’t use it on the PLEX apps (AppleTV, Android, Computer, etc), only on the web app?

Yes, you can use it on these too, if they have been updated to support the feature. Which apps are currently supported are listed in here: https://support.plex.tv/articles/video-on-demand-overview/

I am up to date on my apps. The Movies & TV only show on the web app. Does not show on iPhone or computer app.
