Now can i get some serious help? My libraries won’t load on my Firestick on one TV but worked great on another. I DID by mistake hit the customization command… after that the libraries said bye bye and all I have id Plex’s Movie & TV list and I can’t get MY libraries to come back. I don’t see a reset command anywhere!

I don’t think there is a Reset Settings command on the Fire Stick app. You can just clear the settings for the app from the Fire Stick itself, though.
Fire Stick Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications > Plex > Clear Data.
You’ll have to re-pair the app with your account, but after that it would be the same first-run setup as far as having to choose Libraries to pin.
Do you see your libraries when you select MORE at the bottom of home screen sidebar?
On the home screen of the app go highlight Home then go left to select the three dots.
I’d like to glom onto this topic, too. I’ve used Plex for years and reinstalled on a firestick to no avail. I’ve reset and all I get are two libraries from people I connected with years in the future and more free movies and tv from plex I’ll never watch than one person should ever have to see. Help!!! I just want to see MY movies and TV. Are they getting clouded by the freebies or something?

When you scroll to the bottom of the left navigation, do you see “More”? If so, what happens when you click on it?
I’m having this problem too on my brand new fire stick.
Any idea when a fix is coming?
