The Plex Media server will NOT start after a reboot of the shield! It says “stopped.” I click turn on. I get "please wait while it starts, then nothing. It still says “stopped.” I am VERY frustrated. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help!
I tried uninstalling updates and then updating and now the opyion to move storage is gone!

Make sure you check out the server logs. You can use a file explorer app on the Shield to browse to the logs. Have a look at what the last bunch of entries indicate.
I’ve had issues with occasional corrupt PMS databases and have had to restore from the backups (not a complex task once you have made the locations accessible and can find the backups and database files). The article here is a good guide to the process
Thank you so much! (No one ever answers me on this forum!) TBH, I gave up and reinstalled everything, reorganizing 2400 movies! (Now the only problem is I have as duplicate item in my menu.

I’ve backed yo the metadata (I think.) i’ve stored the data on an external drive, of course, i mean 2400 movies meta data filled up the shield!
