Plex music no longer advances to the next song on an album and remains in a loop on one track

Server Version#:4.145.1
Player Version#:Web client and firestick app.
Up until about a week ago, I never had this issue. When playing albums or playlists, it never continues on to the next track. It just keeps playing the same track over and over. If I move to the next track, it just stays on that track until I move to the next. This is happening with the web client and all 3 of my firestick plex apps. I never get an error either it just loops on the same song.

I am not sure what changed or if I mistakenly made a change I don’t know about.

Using plexamp on my android phone works just fine as I expect.

I have looked all over the internet and on forums and have not been able to find a solution so please forgive me if this is redundant. I see some users with a similar issue but not exactly the same. I just am not finding anyone with a solution.

A known issue the devs and mods are ignoring. The latest fire stick update broke playback of all media. Nothing can auto play
No response what so ever from them for over a week

I can’t confirm this for the web app.
I’ve tested the Android TV app on a Shield and it works there as well.
Unfortunately I don’t have a FireTV to test on, though it shouldn’t be too different from the regular Android TV app.

Can you confirm that this icon on the player control bar is NOT orange, like in this picture?

The controller bar that I see on the firestick plex app does not look like that. Sorry I can’t get a better screen shot other than these two camera shots from my tv.

Got it. I misunderstood. It is not checked. However, with nothing changed now the web client works again. I am still having trouble with the app on my firestick, my roku tv, and my samsung tv. Web client is as such

I found this option on a search of the forums to turn off “store tracking progress”. Mine was not turned on so I turned it on and now my Roku and Samsung Plex apps are working as they should. On the other hand, anything firetv or firestick related does not progress to the next track on albulms, playlists, or shuffling on either one as well. So, they are still broken.
Here is what I turned on:

This check box is for long-running audio material, like audiobooks or podcasts.
You don’t want to enable it for regular song material.
