Plex No Longer Retrieving Metadata From TheTVDB.com Website

Ever since I upgraded to this complete joke of a new server update a couple of days ago I’ve had nothing but problems. When I add new content Plex decides it’s not going to bother adding the information anymore. I have to go to thetvdb.com website myself, locate the show and episode and then copy and paste all info manually into the appropriate fields.

Now every time I try to load my dashboard on the site it brings me to this ridiculously annoying setup page where it asks me to set up my libraries even though they are completely set up already! Why is it asking me to set things up as if I’ve never used Plex before? I’m NOT a new user! It keeps asking me to complete this stupid setup process each and every time I open Plex on the web.

Now when I tr to go to my server settings to check preferences it tells me they are not available, nothing is there! Where are the server settings!?

When I delete files from disk now and then update my libraries I no longer get a red trash can icon showing me what was deleted, it just completely removes everything from Plex without the ‘empty trash’ option being needed for the final delete! So I can’t even move files around on my hard drive because if my libraries get updated it will remove everything without my permission!

What the hell did you moronic Plex developers do? Everything was fine until this lousy latest update was created. Have you guys ever heard the phrase “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!”? Plex was fully functional before and now it’s littered with issues because of this terrible update version you created, I wish I’d never upgraded. Terrible job Plex, whatever you guys have done to screw this up this needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY! Either that or give us the option to downgrade back to a version of Plex when it actually worked correctly!
