Click into the Logs directory.
Now you’ll see Plex Media Server.log and Plex Media Server.*.log
Please highlight just those files and create a ZIP file of them.
That should compress down to 2 MB.
Now the 2nd Qnap3 that showed up 2 days ago is unavailable. How can I get Plex to search for all available servers?

I’m sorry, Chuck. I am fairly computer literate and I do not know how to get them to you. They are 134 MG and too large to attach here. Also, yesterday evening when I was loading Plex from the same server that showed up the second time without any of my data, that also became unavailable and I wasted my time yesterday trying to build back my library.
When I watch Plex on the TV it shows all my servers but the 2 from my main server are unavailable. since the others are available how can I get the Plex on my computer to show the other servers so I can load from them just so I can load some things on them to watch? Where in the Plex app can you ask it to find other servers?
