Yes, I mean Windows.
Why did you show a screenshot of a QNAP PMS installation?
This has me confusead.
I have the Plex app on Qnap and I also get to it via the Internet. Iām not sure if they both point to Kuna
They both see my server and have the same playlist however because itās under my flex login
I showed you the Qnap because thatās what someone told me to do prior was to create a file that location and that was show me possible backups
If you look at Yesterdays stream someone told me to do that. I do have what seems to be back up files on my windows application data local under Plex media server which I showed in one of my replies can I use that as a back up file and restore that?
I can help you make the QNAP server work.
I donāt know much about windows at all. (I donāt even have Windows here; entirely Linux)
Would you like me to get someone who knows Windows?
I assume you meant that you canāt help me with Windows. Yes, I would like you to get someone who knows windows. I appreciate that. Bill
I found the logs. What should I do now?
How can I give you the log files?
Check your PM.
I canāt do anymore today. I need to go to the hospital to visit my dad. And then Iāll be too late. I hope we can continue tomorrow. I donāt know how to send logs take luxe or copy them out of Qnap. I right click copied and it doesnāt taste anywhere so I will try to figure it out tomorrow
Right-Click ā Download
or
double-click usually also downloads
Thank you. I tried to attach it and it says it is too big. It is 134 MG in a zipped file
The āLogsā directory is 134 MB zipped? That sounds like the entire āPlex Media Serverā directory. Logs zipped should be 5 MB
If you can confirm you only have the Logs directory,
Please get Plex Media Server.log
and Plex Media Server.*.log
I clicked on ālogsā and clicked download. It was 134 MG.
I right clicked on the logs file only and downloaded.
You said I did not name it as I asked. I am happy to do whatever you asked me to do. I donāt know what you mean though.
