Plex Not Acting as server

Migrating to a new server, want a nice fresh start. I install plex into a jail, everything goes well.

but when I go to the IP address 192.168.0.100:32400/web It asks me to log in, so I do and assume it’s to claim the server. But the problem is, it doesn’t ever ask for me to claim the server, It just acts like a player. I’ve had this problem before and I think a reinstall fixed it then. But I’ve done that several times now and its the same problem. On a lark, I installed the webtools plugin, and it says that my server is unclaimed. I’m pretty much out of ideas to even try at this point. I also have no problem starting fresh if you guys have some sort of reasonable idea.

list of things tried: -
*Non plex-pass server
*Logging out and back in.
*Reinstalling
*going through pretty much every recommended thing in the official troubleshooting guides.

Server version: plexmediaserver-plexpass-1.14.1.5488 OS:FreeBSD

Is the jail using VNET?

I think this is probably my problem actually… Just moved off FreeNAS to FreeBSD. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction, I’ve been pulling my hair out for 2 days over this.

I work all tomorrow, with luck ill get it sorted out by next week. I’ll report back
