I didn’t know that it would be a problem so I didn’t check what it was before I moved it. I did however go back and set the static ip address up as the same ip that is listed as my “private ip address” in settings>remote access, I then port forwarded that ip address on my router. My server is still not functioning correctly. Under remote access it is still listing my network as “Not available outside your network”.
There has been some changes in what it is doing since I have set up the static IP.

Very rarely I can access my server through the various media devices I have linked (XBox One, Fire Stick, and Fire TV).
-On the Fire stick and TV I am now getting the error “No Servers found Server version 1.3.0.0 or higher required”. I reviewed the troubleshooting steps listed on the following thread NO SERVERS FOUND server version 1.3.0.0 or higher required
updated my server manually to the newest version and still haven’t been able to fix this issue.
-On the Xbox Ones I am now getting a message that “The server cannot be reached securely” and “An insecure connection may be possible. Do you want to allow insecure connections?” -
Twice since setting up the static ip it has booted up without issue. Once on my Galaxy S9+ and once on my Fire TV. When I logged out of the account on the Fire TV and attempted to reconnect it booted up with the error “No Servers found Server version 1.3.0.0 or higher required”.
