Plex is not detecting my tuner, it’s a HAUPPAUGE 1682 WinTV-quadHD USB. Drivers are installed as well. It’s plugged into a USB 3.1 port, have tried a 3.0 one as well. Device manager shows it as functional. Their software is able to detect channels with it; but plex is not allowing me to add it as it doesn’t show up to be added.
In the error log when I start searching I get the error:
Grabber: timeout waiting for Plex Tuner Service to finish starting.
Any help with this would be much appreciated.
